Removal And Installation: Installation

NOTE: This step is only required if previously removed.
1. Install the water pump.
1. Torque Specification: 9 Nm
1. Install the cooling fan motor and shroud.
1. Torque Specification: 10 Nm
Attach the clips to the cooling fan motor and shroud.
Connect the coolant hoses.
Install the dirty air duct.
Install the vent hose.
Install the charge air radiator.
Refer to: Charge Air Cooler .
Vacuum fill the cooling system.
Refer to: Cooling System Partial Draining and Vacuum Filling .
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
