Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Inspect the caliper piston and slide pin seals for damage.

    Torque Specification: 33 Nm 

  3. Install the flexible brake hose.
    CAUTION:
    • Inspect the brake hose sealing washers for signs of damage, if damage is present install new sealing washers.
    • Make sure that the brake hose is not twisted and is correctly located.

    Torque Specification: 

    Brake pipe union 15 Nm 

    Banjo bolt 32 Nm

  6. Bleed the braking system.

    Refer to: Brake System Bleeding .

  7. Install the wheel and tire.

    Refer to: Wheel and Tire .
