NOTE:

  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
    WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
  2. Refer to: Rear Silencer .
  3. Refer to: Air Deflector .

    Torque Specification: 30 Nm

    Torque Specification: 7 Nm

  10. WARNING: Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.
    CAUTION:
    • Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.
    • Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.

  11. CAUTION: Make sure that the exhaust system is supported with suitable retaining straps.

    Torque Specification: 40 Nm

  13. CAUTION: Discard the seal.
    NOTE:
    • Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
    • Discard the bolt and clamp.

    Renew Part: Diesel exhaust fluid injector seal Quantity: 1

    Renew Part: Diesel exhaust fluid injector clamp and bolt Quantity: 1

    Torque Specification: 5 Nm

    Torque Specification: 48 Nm 

  15. CAUTION: Make sure that a new bolt is installed.
