Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the engine cover.

    Refer to: Engine Cover - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel .

  2. Remove the heat shield.

    Torque Specification: 10 Nm 

  3. Using suitable cutting/grinding equipment remove the clamp weld at the points illustrated.

  4. Remove the clamp.

    Torque Specification: 10 Nm
