  1. Remove the generator.

Cold climate vehicles 

  1. Remove the block heater.

    Refer to: Block Heater .

All vehicles

    Remove the electrical connector.

  2. G11308606

    Remove the Piston Cooling Jet (PCJ) Solenoid.
