Diagnostics For INCONTROL™ Applications

The following diagnostics should be used when customers are reporting issues with the access or operation of infotainment InControl™ applications. Check for related DTCs logged in the Telephone Interface Module (TIM) and, where possible, rectify these prior to proceeding with the diagnostic procedures described below. If no related DTCs are logged, proceed with the diagnostic procedures described below.
