INCONTROL Touch Pro Navigation System: Notes

The navigation system uses the following components:

Infotainment Master Controller (IMC)
Touch Screen (TS)
Roof pod Global Positioning system (GPS) antenna
Virtual display Instrument Cluster (IC)
Head Up Display (HUD) - If equipped.

The InControl Touch Pro navigation system provides audible and visual route guidance information to enable the driver to reach a desired destination. The system allows the driver to choose the route using minor or major roads or highways. The system also allows the driver to select the option of different routes (for example recommended, shortest, fastest, and most economical) according to market specification. Directions to hospitals, museums, monuments and hotels are also available.

The virtual display Instrument Cluster (IC) can display full screen digital navigation maps as the primary display in the IC.

On vehicles equipped with the Head Up Display (HUD), turn by turn navigation images are displayed to the driver on the windshield. For additional information, refer to: Instrument Cluster

Two navigation systems are available with the InControl Touch Pro navigation system:

Incontrol Touch Pro Solid State Drive (SSD) navigation
InControl Pro 'Connected Navigation' - Only available when InControl Connect Pro Pack option is installed.
