Auxiliary Radiator (G1998223): Installation

    • Install the auxiliary radiator.
    • Make sure the 3 clips are correctly installed.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

    Torque: 7 Nm 

  2. Install and tighten the auxiliary radiator bracket bolt.

    Torque: 7 Nm 

  3. Connect the upper coolant hoses.
  4. Connect the lower coolant hoses.
  5. Install the front right wheel arch liner.

    Refer to: FENDER - INGENIUM I4 2.0L DIESEL/INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL/TDV6 3.0L DIESEL/V6 S/C 3.0L PETROL (G2469656)

  6. Vacuum fill the cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .

  7. Install the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD - INGENIUM I4 2.0L DIESEL/INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL/TDV6 3.0L DIESEL/V6 S/C 3.0L PETROL .
