Brake Caliper - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel (G1822042): Installation

Inspect the caliper piston and slide pin seals for damage.

Torque: 33 Nm
CAUTION:
- Inspect the brake hose sealing washers for signs of damage, if damage is present install new sealing washers.
- Make sure that the brake hose is not twisted and is correctly located.

Install the flexible brake hose.

Torque

Brake pipe union: 15 Nm

Banjo bolt: 32 Nm

Bleed the braking system.
Refer to: BRAKE SYSTEM BLEEDING .
Install the wheel and tire.
