Coolant Expansion Tank (G2195940): Installation

    Install the engine coolant level sensor and harness.

    • Install the coolant expansion tank.
    • Connect the coolant pipes and the coolant hose.
    • Connect the electrical connector.
    • Install the coolant expansion tank retaining bolt.

      Torque: 5 Nm 

  3. Install the engine upper support insulator.

    Refer to: ENGINE UPPER SUPPORT INSULATOR .

    Refer to: Engine - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel, Removal and Installation - ENGINE UPPER SUPPORT INSULATOR.

  4. Fill the coolant expansion tank with engine coolant.
  5. CAUTION: Correct installation of the coolant expansion tank cap can be obtained by tightening the cap until an audible click is heard.

    Install the coolant expansion tank filler cap.
