Turbocharger Oil Supply Tube (G2110435): Installation

  1. Install the turbocharger oil supply tube into the correct position.
  2. Install the bolt between the turbocharger oil supply tube and the oil filter assembly and install 2 new sealing washers.

    Renew Part: Turbocharger oil supply tube to turbocharger sealing washers Quantity: 2  .

    Torque  : 18 Nm 

  3. Install the electrical connector.
  4. Install the bolt between the turbocharger oil supply tube and the turbocharger assembly and install 2 new sealing washers.

    Renew Part: Turbocharger oil supply tube to turbocharger sealing washers Quantity: 2  .

    Torque  : 18 Nm 

  5. Install the coolant hose.
  6. Install the noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) material.
  7. Vacuum fill the cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .
