Suspension Air Supply Unit (G2413635): Installation

  1. Install the 2 mounting brackets.
    • Install the suspension air supply unit to the vehicle.
    • Install and tighten the 4 nuts

      Torque  : 10.5 Nm 

    • Remove the sealing tape from the air line and electrical connector openings.
  3. CAUTION: Do not reuse the air line connector. Always install a new air line connector every time it is released.
    • Install a new air line connector.

    Refer to: AIR LINE CONNECTOR - SPORTBRAKE 

    Torque  : 3.5 Nm 

    • Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
    • Install the wiring harness to the clip.
  5. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
