Hydraulic Valve Tappet (G1867875): Installation

  1. CAUTION:
    • Lubricate hydraulic valve tappets, roller finger cam followers and hydraulic valve tappet bores with engine oil.
    • Install hydraulic valve tappets and roller finger cam followers to the original fitted order.
    • Make sure the retention clip on the roller finger cam follower has engaged and installed correctly to the hydraulic valve tappet.
    • Make sure roller finger cam follower is located correctly on the valve tip between the two guidance arms.
