Intake Manifold (G2029661): Installation
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Install the throttle body. Renew the seal.
Renew Part: Throttle body to intake manifold seal Quantity: 1.
Torque: 12 Nm
- CAUTION: Inspect the seal and renew the component if damaged or worn.
Install the manifold absolute pressure sensor.
Torque: 5 Nm
- Install the intake manifold assembly. Renew the seals.
Renew Part: Intake manifold seals Quantity: 1.
Torque: 12 Nm
- Connect the coolant pipe to the thermostat assembly.
- Install the oil level gauge.
Torque: 8 Nm
- Connect the charge air pipe.
- Connect and secure the wiring harnesses.
- Install the vacuum pipe.
- Install the purge valve.
- Install the lower coolant pipe.
Torque: 10 Nm
- Install the upper coolant pipe.
Torque: 10 Nm
- Connect the upper coolant hose.
- Install the breather.

NOTE: If equipped.
Install the rear Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) material.
Torque: 8 Nm
- Install the front NVH material.
- Install the engine cover.
- Fill the coolant system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .
- Connect the battery startup ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT .
- Lower the vehicle.
