Crankshaft Pulley (G1997933): Installation

CAUTION: Make sure that the component is correctly located on the dowel.

- Install the crankshaft pulley.
  Special Tool(s): JLR-303-1630
- Install the crankshaft pulley special tool.
CAUTION:
- Tighten the bolts in a diagonal sequence.
- Install new bolts.
- Install the 4 crankshaft pulley retaining bolts.
  Renew Part: Crankshaft pulley bolts Quantity: 1.
  
  Torque
  
  Stage 1: 37 Nm
  
  Stage 2: 90°
Remove the crankshaft pulley special tool.
Install the charge air radiator bracket.
Torque: 47 Nm
Install and tighten the nuts.
Torque: 10 Nm
Secure the 5 wiring harness clips.
Install the charge air cooler.
Refer to: CHARGE AIR COOLER .
Connect the 12 V system.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT .
