Compressor Bypass Valve - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel - High Power (G2224797): Installation

Install new turbocharger to Compressor Bypass Valve (CBV) seals.

Renew Part: Turbocharger outlet pipe seals Quantity: 2.

Install the CBV.

Torque: 9 Nm

Install the turbocharger coolant hose.
Install the Low Pressure (LP) Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler.
Refer to: LOW PRESSURE EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION COOLER

Install the charge air cooler intake pipe.
Fill the engine cooling system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
