Rattling Noise From The Rear Exhaust

Check for contact between the rear exhaust NVH mass damper and the rear exhaust heatshield. Check for movement of the NVH mass damper caused by a loose bolt and/or a deteriorated NVH mass damper rubber
Remove and discard the exhaust NVH mass damper and bolt. REFER to: - NVH DAMPER

Install a new NVH mass damper to the rear exhaust. REFER to: NVH DAMPER

Measure the gap between the new NVH mass damper and the exhaust heat shield.

Reposition the heatshield away from the exhaust NVH mass damper towards the duck's foot NOT towards the exhaust silencer.
NOTE: Make sure there is a gap of 20 mm
