Roof Opening Panel Weatherstrip (G1851642): Installation

    CAUTION: Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

    Use suitable tools and remove all residual sealant from the contact area.

    • Clean the roof opening pane frame contact area.

      General Equipment: Bondrite M-NT 1455-W cleaning wipes 

  2. CAUTION:
    • Do not stretch the roof opening panel weatherstrip during installation.
    • Failure to follow this instruction may cause damage to the component.
    NOTE: Make sure that the component is installed to the noted removal position.

    1. Install the roof opening panel weatherstrip at front center.
    2. Install the roof opening panel weatherstrip at front edge.
    3. Install the roof opening panel weatherstrip at both sides.
    4. Install the roof opening panel weatherstrip at rear edge.
  3. Install the front roof opening panel glass.
