Rear Window - Project 8 (G2250540): Removal

CAUTION:

Lay the window on felt covered supports. Do not stand on edge as this can cause chips which subsequently develop into cracks.
Make sure to protect the paintwork.

Remove the parcel shelf.

Remove the High Mounted Stop Lamp (HMSL).
Refer to: HIGH MOUNTED STOPLAMP

Disconnect the 4 electrical connectors.

Disconnect the 4 electrical connectors.
CAUTION:
- Protect the surrounding components.
- Protect the surrounding paintwork to avoid damage.

Carefully cut through the sealant using a glazing knife.
WARNING: This step requires the aid of another technician.

With assistance, remove the rear window.
