Rear Door Fixed Window - Project 8 (G2248423): Installation

  1. CAUTION: Make sure that the component is installed to the noted position in the removal steps.
    • Install the rear door fixed window.
    • Install and tighten the 4 screws.

      Torque  : 1.5Nm 

    • Install the trim panel.
    • Install and tighten the screw.

      Torque  : 1.5Nm 

    • Install the access cover.
  3. CAUTION: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.

    Install the rear door fixed window finisher.

  4. Install the window runner seal.
    • Install the rear door outer weatherstrip.
    • Install and tighten the screw.

      Torque  : 1.5Nm 

  6. Install the rear door inner weatherstrip.
  7. Install the rear door frame trim panel.
  8. Install the rear door trim panel.

    Refer to: REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL

  9. Raise the rear door window.
