Antenna (G2196504): Description: Operation

The Infotainment Master Controller (IMC) and Audio Head Unit (AHU) can detect the connections between the tuners in the IMC or AHU and the Amplitude Modulation (AM)/Frequency Modulation (FM) and FM2/Digital radio antenna amplifiers. Faults in these connections will store a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) in the IMC or AHU.

The Digital radio and the Global Positioning System (GPS) antennas in the roof pod are monitored by the IMC or AHU. Faults with these antennas will record DTCs in the IMC or AHU.
