The forward left side antenna amplifier is used for AM/FM reception. The left side rearward antenna amplifier is used for TV reception.
The forward right side antenna amplifier is used for FM/Traffic Message Channel (TMC) (InControl Touch systems only)/Digital radio reception. For Japan market the antenna amplifier is used for TV reception. The right side rearward antenna amplifier is used for FM or FM and Vehicle Information and Communication System (VICS) reception for the Japan market only.
