Lower Arm - Project 8 (G2246516): Installation

- Install the air duct.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 9Nm
- Install the rear lower control arm to knuckle retained nut.
  Renew Part: Wheel knuckle nut Quantity: 1 .
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 5Nm
- Install the height sensor bracket.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 9Nm
- Install the lower control arm.
- Install and tighten the new lower control arm rear nut and bolt.
  Renew Part: Lower control arm nut and bolt Quantity: 1 .
  
  Torque
  
  Stage 1: 110Nm
  
  Stage 2: 300°
Install and tighten the lower control arm front bolt.
Renew Part: Lower control arm bolt(s) Quantity: 1 .

Torque

Stage 1: 110Nm

Stage 2: 300°
- Reposition the wheel knuckle assembly.
- Install and tighten the new lower control arm to wheel knuckle bolt.
  Torque
  
  Stage 1: 110Nm
  
  Stage 2: 60°
- Reposition the stabilizer bar link.
- Install and tighten the new nut.
  Renew Part: Stabilizer bar link lower nut Quantity: 1 .
- Install the integral links.
- Install and tighten the 2 nuts and bolts.
  Renew Part: Integral link nuts and bolts Quantity: 2 .
Connect the height sensor.
Install the rear undershield.
