Upper Control Arm

Both ends of the upper control arm have a bush pressed into a machined bore. The inner end of the upper control arm is connected to the upper clevis of the rear subframe. The outer end of the upper control arm is connected to the wheel knuckle. The upper control arm outer end is secured to the inner end with 2 bolts. There are nominally 2 shims located between the inner and outer ends, which allows the camber adjustment of the rear wheel. The adjustment is completed by adding and removing the 1 mm (0.04 in) shims.
