CAUTION:

Do not fill the differential with lubricant up to the filler plug. The filler plug is only used to fill the differential with lubricant, and not to act as a level indicator.
Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.

NOTE:

The only way to check the fluid level in the differential is to drain all the fluid out and refill with the correct quantity, shown in the specifications. For additional information, Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS

Raise and support the vehicle.

Remove the front differential fill plug.
WARNING: Be prepared to collect escaping oil.

Remove the front differential drain plug.
Allow the fluid to drain.

TORQUE: 32 Nm Front differential drain plug
CAUTION: Make sure the correct specification and quantity of oil is used.

Fill the differential with the correct amount of lubricant. For additional information, Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS
