Fuel Tank Filler Pipe - Project 8 (G2244176): Installation

    • Install the fuel filler pipe.
    • Install the clamp.
    • Put the heatshield into position.
    • Install the heatshield.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  3. Install and tighten the nut.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  4. Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  5. NOTE: Non NAS vehicles only.

    Connect the breather.

  6. NOTE: NAS vehicles only.

    Connect the pipe.

  7. Install the rear right wheel arch liner.

    Refer to: REAR WHEEL ARCH LINER - PROJECT 8

  8. Install the rear right wheel and tire.

    Refer to: WHEEL AND TIRE - PROJECT 8

  9. Fill the fuel tank with the amount recovered during the fuel tank drain procedure.
  10. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
