DTC B1464-02: Upper Latch - Claw Switch - General signal failure: Action

- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the luggage compartment lid ajar switch circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness, clear the DTCs and retest
- If the fault persists, check and install a new luggage compartment lid soft close actuator. Clear the DTC and retest
