Front Row SEATBELT - Project 8 (G2247565): Installation

NOTE: Only do the following step(s) if the component was previously removed.
- Install the front row seatbelt on the front row seatbelt pretensioner.
- Install the pin.
- Install the retainer.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
Torque : 2Nm
- Install the front row seatbelt retractor to the B-pillar.
- Install and tighten the new bolt.
  Renew Part: Seatbelt retractor bolt Quantity: 1 .
  
  Torque : 40Nm
- Connect the electrical connector to the front row seatbelt retractor.
NOTE: If equipped.
- Install the front row seatbelt retractor to the B-pillar.
- Install and tighten the new bolt.
  Torque : 40Nm
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the front row seatbelt retractor.
- Install the front row seatbelt guide.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
Torque : 7Nm
- Install the front row seatbelt to the B-pillar.
- Install and tighten the new bolt.
Renew Part: Seatbelt anchor bolt Quantity: 1 .

Torque : 40Nm
NOTE: Make sure that the trim is correctly installed to the retaining clips.

Install the B-pillar lower trim panel.

Refer to: B-PILLAR LOWER TRIM PANEL
- Install the lower anchor of the front row seat seatbelt.
- Install and tighten the new bolt.
Renew Part: Seatbelt anchor bolt Quantity: 1 .

Torque : 40Nm
NOTE: If equipped.
- Install the front row seat seatbelt pretensioner.
- Install and tighten the new bolt.
Torque : 40Nm
Connect the electrical connector to the seatbelt pretensioner.
Install the anchor cover of the front seatbelt.
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
