Rear Differential Oil Cooler - Project 8 (G2358258): Installation

Install the oil cooler assembly.
Install the 4 oil cooler bracket retaining nuts.
Torque : 10Nm
Install the oil cooler to Electronic Torque Manager (ETM) unit union.
Torque : 30Nm
Install the oil cooler pipe support bracket bolt.
Torque : 29Nm
Raise the rear differential.
General Equipment: Transmission jack
Install the rear differential bolts.
Torque : 192Nm
Install the front lower rear differential mounting brackets and bolts.
Torque : 110Nm
Remove the transmission jack.
Install the lower oil cooler to rear differential pipe.
Torque : 6Nm
Connect the temperature sensor electrical connector.
Secure the rear differential wiring harness.
- Install the oil cooler pipe retaining bolt.
  Torque : 10Nm
- Install the 2 oil cooler bracket retaining nuts.
Torque : 10Nm
Connect the oil cooler pump electrical connector and secure the wiring harness to the retaining clip.
Install the rear differential oil cooler duct.
Torque : 10Nm
Align the rear driveshaft to the mark on the rear drive axle flange.
Install the new 6 driveshaft to rear differential bolts.
Renew Part: Driveshaft to rear differential bolts Quantity: 1 .

Torque : 75Nm
Install both the rear halfshafts.

Install the rear bumper.

Install the exhaust system centre section.

Fill the rear differential.
