Drive Pinion Seal Vehicles Without Heavy Duty Differential - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel/INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol (G2131352): Installation

CAUTION: Make sure that all components and tools are clean and free from foreign material.

Clean the drive pinion seal mating faces.
CAUTION:
- Make sure the seal is installed to the correct end of the special tool.
- Make sure that the seal is not over inserted into the differential case.

Use the special tools to install the new drive pinion seal.

Special Tool(s): 307-520 , JLR-205-998

Install the drive pinion flange. Make sure the marks are correctly aligned.
Install the circlip.
Install the rear driveshaft.

Fill the rear differential.
