Parking Aid System - Operation: Notes

The parking aid system is activated when:

Reverse (R) gear is selected directly form Park (P).
Drive (D) gear is subsequently selected, and the vehicle speed is less than 16 km/h (10 mph).
Drive (D) gear is selected directly from Park (P) and the Parking aid switch is operated. The sensors will remain active until the vehicle speed is less than 16 km/h (10 mph).
