Rear Differential Oil Cooler Checks

  1. Inspect the rear differential oil cooler, rear differential oil cooler pump and pipes for damage, blockages and or leaks. Rectify as necessary
  2. Check the rear differential oil level and refill accordingly Refer to: DIFFERENTIAL DRAINING AND FILLING - PROJECT 8
  3. To check the operation of the rear differential oil cooler pump and relay check datalogger signal - Rear Differential Oil Cooler Pump Relay Status (0x20DA) - If the pump fails to run check for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and refer to the DTC Index
