No
Repeat identification of the noise source and repair as required

- A5: UPPER/LOWER CONTROL ARM BUSH CHECK
- If the noise has been isolated to the upper control arm, confirm condition of the upper control arm bushes, refer to upper control arm graphic item 1
- If the noise has been isolated to the front lower control arm, confirm condition of the front lower control arm bush, refer to front lower control arm graphic item 1
- If the noise has been isolated to the rear lower control arm, confirm condition of the rear lower control arm bush, refer to rear lower control arm graphic item 1
Has the noise origin been isolated to the upper/lower control arm bushes?
Yes
If the bushes are a serviceable part, install a new bushes as per normal procedure, otherwise rectify the vehicle as necessary. Include the word "BUSH" in the verbatim

GO to A6.
- A6: UPPER/LOWER CONTROL ARM BALL JOINT CHECK
- If the noise has been isolated to the upper control arm and the bush condition is confirmed as OK, confirm condition of the upper control arm ball joint (item 2) and ball joint boot (item 3). Refer to upper control arm graphic items 2 and 3
- If the noise has been isolated to the front lower control arm and the bush condition is confirmed as OK, confirm condition of the front lower control arm ball joint (item 2) and ball joint boot (item 3). Refer to upper control arm graphic items 2 and 3
- If the noise has been isolated to the rear lower control arm and the bush condition is confirmed as OK, confirm condition of the rear lower control arm ball joint (item 2). Refer to rear lower control arm graphic item 2
Has the noise origin been isolated to the upper/lower control arm ball joint?
Yes
Check if the Ball Joint has obvious free play. If yes rectify the vehicle as necessary and include the words "FREE PLAY" in the verbatim
Check if the Ball Joint Boot is split/damaged/leaking. If yes rectify the vehicle as necessary and include the word "BOOT" in the verbatim
