Front Lower Control Arm (G2260051): Installation

  1. NOTE: This step is only required if previously removed.
    • Install the front lower control arm air duct.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque  : 9Nm 

  2. Install the front lower control arm.
  3. Install and tighten the front lower control arm inner nut and bolt.

    Renew Part: Front lower control arm inner bolt(s)  Quantity: 1  .

    Renew Part: Front lower control arm inner nut(s)  Quantity: 1  .

    Torque 

    Stage 1: 140Nm 

    Stage 2: 240° 

  4. Install and tighten the front lower control arm outer nut and bolt.

    Renew Part: Front lower control arm outer bolt(s)  Quantity: 1  .

    Renew Part: Front lower control arm outer nut(s)  Quantity: 1  .

    Torque 

    Stage 1: 60Nm 

    Stage 2: 135° 

  5. Install the wheel and tire.

    Refer to: WHEEL AND TIRE

  6. NOTE: Using Jaguar Land Rover approved equipment, check and if necessary adjust the (front) wheel alignment. SRO must be claimed separately.

    Check the wheel alignment and adjust if required.
