Piston Cooling Oil Jet Solenoid (G2165238): Removal

  1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT

  2. Remove the thermostat housing.

    Refer to: THERMOSTAT

    Disconnect the electrical connector.

    Remove the Piston Cooling Jet (PCJ) Solenoid.
