Clutch Pedal Position Sensor (G1858363): Installation

    • Install and rotate the clutch master cylinder to the pedal assembly.
    • Install and rotate the guide pin.
    • Install the clutch pedal assembly.
    • Install and tighten the 3 nuts.

    Torque  : 24Nm 

  3. Connect the electrical connector to the clutch pedal switch.
  4. Connect the electrical connector to the clutch master cylinder.
  5. CAUTION: An audible click is heard when the retainer is located correctly.
    • Connect the high pressure pipe to the clutch master cylinder.
    • Install the retainer.
  6. Connect the low pressure pipe to the clutch master cylinder.
  7. NOTE: An audible click is heard when the electrical connector is located correctly.

    Install the engine wiring harness to the bracket.

  8. Install the instrument panel lower trim panel.

  9. Install the cowl panel.
