Right Engine Mount - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel - High Power (G2259070): Removal

Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: LIFTING
Remove the high pressure turbocharger.

Release the engine mount vacuum pipe.
CAUTION: Use a suitable 100mm X 100mm block of wood to support the engine.

Using a suitable hydraulic jack support the engine as highlighted in the illustration.

General Equipment: Hydraulic floor jacks (2 tonnes minimum capacity)

1. Remove the engine mount retaining nut.
2. Remove the 4 engine mount bracket bolts.
3. Remove the engine mount bracket.

Remove the 2 engine mount retaining bolts.
NOTE: Note the installed position.

Remove the right engine mount.
NOTE:
1. This step is only required if a new engine mount is to be installed.
2. This step only applies to X761 vehicles manufactured up to 09/2020.

Remove and discard the section of active engine mount vacuum hose.
