Unsuccessful Downloading

If the download is not completely correct or it was not successful, the 'Warning'  or 'Error button'  is shown on the 'Download finished' dialogue box.

To investigate and solve the problem, NNG has to be informed  . For this the following steps have to be taken:

  1. Click 'Warning/Error'  to see the 'Download results'  dialogue box.
  2. Click 'Details'  to see the details of the downloaded files.
  3. Click 'Copy'  to export the content of the dialogue box to the clipboard.
  4. Close the dialogue box by clicking on 'Close'  .
  5. Click 'Close'  on the 'Download results'  dialogue box as well.
  6. Click 'Contact NNG'  to send an email to the dedicated NNG project manager regarding the warning/error attaching the exported content of the clipboard.
  7. Click 'Send mail'  .
  8. Click 'Finish'  on the 'Download finished'  dialogue box to close it and to exit FTP Downloader.
