CAUTION:
You must check the software level; if it is 18B or 18C a license file from the NNG Toolbox application must be installed on the vehicle before attempting to update the InControl
Touch Pro System.
- Raise a Technical Assistance (TA) with your Local Technical Support requesting a code to enable the downloading of the latest license file from the Toolbox (Map Updater).
- Select 'Recall Action/Service Action/TSB concerns' as symptom in the TA .
- On the first line of the 'Customer Concern/Comments' free text field add the text SSM74204 or SSM74205.
