Downloading the Newest Content

Using the created fingerprint, the newest content can be downloaded easily. For this, download and install the 'Toolbox PC tool'  on your PC.

  1. Go to the www.naviextras.com  website. Log in, or create a user account.
  2. Click 'Download PC tool'  on the right side of the page to access the download page.
  3. Follow the instructions on the site to download and install the Toolbox PC tool on the PC.

If Toolbox PC tool is ready to use, download the required content files using it:

  1. Insert the 'USB storage device'  that contains the fingerprint to your PC.
  2. Start the 'Toolbox PC tool'  on the PC and sign in with using a valid Naviextras user name and password  .
  3. Use the Toolbox PC tool to download updates and to purchase additional extras. For instructions on using the toolbox, see the Toolbox How-to Guides at the following link:
    • http://www.naviextras.com/shop/portal/support. 
  4. When the download is complete, remove the 'USB storage device'  from the PC.
