Downloading Updates

FTP Downloader is a special FTP client, created by NNG, to help customers download and create the final software release package. Using FTP Downloader the users also can make sure that the downloaded content is exactly the same as the content which was released by NNG.
NOTE:
FTP Downloader does not download the licenses from the license server. It only downloads the content files and the navigation engine. The licenses need to be downloaded separately.
A configuration (.cni) file is always part of the content release. This file refers to the content package that is stored on the FTP file server, and defines which files to download from the folder and where to save them. Without the configuration file, content downloads cannot be executed.
