To download the newest software package, take the following steps:
- Start 'FTP Downloader' .
- Browse to the configuration (.cni) file, or drag and drop it in the FTP Downloader dialog box.
- Click 'Next' .
- On the 'Select download folder' dialog box, select the root folder of the connected external USB storage to which the files will be downloaded.
- Click 'Next'

- If the root folder is not empty, then the following message is displayed:
- The selected folder is not empty! It is recommended to select an empty directory. Would you like to select another folder?
- Download the files in the folder defined or select another folder using the 'Select download folder' dialog box.
- The downloading of the update-related files starts.
- Select 'Open download folder' on finish check box to see the files in the selected folder after the downloading is finished.
- Click 'Details' to check the details of the downloaded files.
- If the download is canceled by selecting Cancel, then the downloading stops and a download report is displayed.
- If the download process was executed without errors, the 'Downloading'
dialogue box is automatically closed. The 'Download finished'
dialogue box is opened, showing the Success button.
- If the 'Open download folder on finish' check box was selected, then the download folder is also opened. This will display the downloaded content with the related checksum (.md5) file.
- Click 'Success' to see the download report.
- For the download details, click 'Details' .
- Click 'Finish' to close the dialogue box and exit FTP Downloader.
