Single VIN Activation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2019 Jaguar XE. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

NOTE:

When you have signed into Autonavi activation portal successfully, the HOME screen appears.
The confirmed VIN can only input manually, you cannot paste a VIN there.
For each version of map data, one download is enough and the data can be installed into all vehicles. You don't need to download it again until you're informed there's a new map data available.

Click the JLR Single Activation button on the left side.

Input the VIN twice.
Click Check under the textbox.

Click OK to confirm to check the information shows up.

Click Download Map to download map data if necessary.
Click Activate to activate current vehicle in Autonavi database.
Click OK to confirm the inputted VIN and other information are correct.

Click Download activation file to download value.dat file from the server.
To activate another vehicle, click Activate Next button.
