Condenser - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel/INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol (G1853298): Installation

  1. Install the condenser and secure the side clip.
  2. Install the 3 mounting brackets.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  3. Install the lower mounting bracket.

    Torque  : 10Nm 

  4. Install the lower air deflector trim.
  5. Install new O-ring seals and connect the refrigerant lines.

    Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe to condenser O-ring seal  Quantity: 4  .

    Torque  : 20Nm 

  6. Install the active radiator vanes.

    Torque  : 9Nm 

  7. Install the adaptive speed control module mounting bracket.

    Torque  : 9Nm 

  8. Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
  9. Install the 2 upper air deflector trims.

    Torque  : 9Nm 

  10. Install the front bumper.

    Refer to: FRONT BUMPER - PROJECT 8

  11. Charge the air conditioning system.

    Refer to: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOVERY, EVACUATION AND CHARGING
