Air Conditioning Condenser - Project 8 (G2251453): Installation

Install the Air Conditioning (A/C) condenser.
- Install the 3 brackets.
- Install and tighten the 3 bolts.
  Torque : 10Nm
NOTE:
- Lubricate the O-ring seals with clean refrigerant oil.
- Install new O-ring seals.
- Install the (A/C) pipe.
  Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe to condenser O-ring seal Quantity: 2 .
- Install and tighten the nut.
  Torque : 20Nm
NOTE:
- Lubricate the O-ring seals with clean refrigerant oil.
- Install new O-ring seals.
- Install the A/C pipe.
  Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe to condenser O-ring seal Quantity: 2 .
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 20Nm
- Install the bracket.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 6Nm
- Position the radiator lower air deflector.
- Install the 2 clips.
NOTE: Repeat this step for the other side.
- Install the bracket.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
- Install and tighten the nut.
  Torque : 6Nm
- Install the trim panel.
- Install the 4 clips.
Install the hood release cable.
Install the left headlamp assembly.

Recharge the A/C system.
