Air Conditioning Compressor - Project 8 (G2249568): Installation

- Install the Air Conditioning (A/C) compressor.
- Install and tighten the 3 bolts.
  Torque : 25Nm
- Move the wiring harness into the correct position.
- Install the clip.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install new 4 A/C pipe O-ring seals.
  Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe to compressor O-ring seal(s) Quantity: 4 .
- Move the A/C pipes into the correct position.
- Install and tighten the 2 nuts.
  Torque : 9Nm
- Move the transmission cooler into the correct position.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 5Nm
Install the engine undershield.

Install the accessory drive belt.

Install the air filter outlet pipe T-connector.

Charge the A/C system.

Connect the startup battery ground cable.
