Front Row Seat Backrest Cover - Project 8 (G2260426): Installation

Install the front row seat cover 1. to the cushion.

Using suitable hog ring pliers install the 19 new hot rings in the sequence shown.

General Equipment: Hog ring pliers

Renew Part: Hog rings Quantity: 19 .
Secure the seat cover to the 2 3. lower velcro tabs.
Secure the upper seat cover to the velcro tab.
Secure the front row seat backrest cover to the seat assembly.
NOTE: Do not use excessive force to install the component.

Secure the front seat backrest cover to the upper trim.
Secure the front seat backrest cover to the trim panel.
Install the trim panel and the side trim.
Install the airbag and the 2 nuts.
Torque : 7Nm
Connect the side airbag electrical 10. connector.
Install the airbag cover and the screw.
Torque : 8Nm
Install the airbag trim cover.
Install the side trim cover.
Secure the front seat backrest cover trim panel.
Secure the 2 lower tension straps to the front seat base.
Install the front seat control switch.

Install the front row seat.
