Coolant Expansion Tank (G2254546): Installation

    • Connect the electrical connector and hose to the coolant expansion tank.
    • Remove the hose clamp from the coolant hose.
    • Install the coolant expansion tank and bolt.
  2. Connect the coolant hose to the coolant expansion tank.
  3. CAUTION: Correct installation of the coolant expansion tank cap can be obtained by tightening the cap until 3 audible clicks are heard.

    Fill the coolant expansion tank to the 'MAX' level mark.
