Auxiliary Radiator (G2244101): Removal

This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.

Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: JACKING
Partially drain the cooling system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING
Remove the front wheel arch liner.
Refer to: FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - PROJECT 8
CAUTION: Be prepared to collect escaping coolant.

Disconnect the lower coolant hose from the auxiliary radiator.
CAUTION: Be prepared to collect escaping coolant.

Disconnect the upper coolant hose from the auxiliary radiator.
CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the component.

- Remove the 3 bolts.
- Release the 3 clips.
- Remove the auxiliary radiator assembly.
