Auxiliary Radiator (G2244101): Installation

  1. NOTE: An audible click is heard when the clips are fully latched.
    • Install the auxiliary radiator assembly.
    • Make sure the 3 clips are correctly installed.
    • Install and tighten the 3 bolts.

    Torque  : 7Nm 

  2. Connect the upper coolant hose.
  3. Connect the lower coolant hose.
  4. Install the front wheel arch liner.

    Refer to: FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - PROJECT 8

  5. Vacuum fill the cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING
